Technical Recruiter

As the Technical Recruiter, you will serve as the first impression of the company for engineering and technical candidates. To be successful in this role, you have the ability to tell the story about our family of companies and illustrate our mission and values. You will communicate effectively throughout the full recruiting cycle, build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, and implement new ideas on recruiting strategy. Manage the end-to-end candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer negotiations and successful close. Build diverse talent pipelines and apply inclusive recruiting practices to attract underrepresented and high-potential talent. Maintain accurate pipeline data and proactively share insights and updates with internal stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and the recruiting team to deliver a streamlined and positive hiring experience.
