Lead HR Business Partner

At Reddit, HRBPs are strategic partners who shape the people strategy in alignment with Reddit’s business goals. As a Lead HRBP, you’ll act as a strategic thought partner to executive and senior leadership, influencing decisions across org design, talent strategy, leadership development, and business transformation. You'll drive alignment between people strategy and business goals at scale, using data and insights to shape direction and inform decisions. Champion Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts, with a deep understanding of how to embed DIB into systems, processes, and decision-making. The role requires 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in HRBP work across fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse, cross-functional teams are essential.
