As a Leadership Partner, People Strategy at Headway, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy for our Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and Product Marketing teams. Partnering closely with the CTO and VP of Product, you will provide strategic counsel on performance management, leadership coaching, talent development, employee relations, and org design.

Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles. Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards). Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever). Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies. Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects. Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
