Talent Sourcer

As our Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the architect of how we find, engage, and convert top talent. You’ll leverage the latest sourcing tools and AI-driven platforms, experiment with new technologies, and create repeatable systems that set the foundation for our talent acquisition strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on innovation, loves building best practices, and wants to shape how sourcing is done in a fast-growing, forward-thinking company. You will own the sourcing strategy across multiple functions and seniority levels, with a focus on hard-to-fill and niche roles, build scalable sourcing processes and systems to create a repeatable and data-driven approach, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver high-quality pipelines.
