You'll manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, and lay the foundation for a scalable talent engine. You'll be given significant freedom to shape how Omniscient Digital hires, work with leadership across the company, and play a direct role in how the team grows. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, ATS & tool management, building processes, partnering with hiring managers, and driving offers & onboarding. You will also assist with talent operations related to payroll, payments, HR tooling, and benefits. Omniscient Digital prides itself on being lean, agile, and experimental.
