As the Head of People Ops and Total Rewards at Vanta, you will lead the People Ops, Compensation, and Benefits teams, including leading and building other teams that are part of People Ops such as People Systems and People Analytics. A key aspect of the role involves partnering closely with senior leadership to build efficient, scalable, best-in-class systems and processes to support Vanta's people growth. The role also requires driving upward and outward reporting and visibility for all People Team functions, clearly and frequently explaining the impact to the broader organization.
Furthermore, you will drive long-term improvements in People Ops, Compensation, and Benefits systems and processes, particularly from the perspective of anticipating challenges of future scale before they materialize and building for the future. Providing coaching, mentorship, and support for the People Ops and Compensation teams, and continue hiring A+ teammates to scale them, is also important. You will also help provide meaningful, and current, benchmarking of best practices across all People Team functions, while not being beholden to any HR playbook and rethinking everything from the ground up in keeping with Vantaβs principles.
