Own the strategic vision for our People function at Sana and lead a critical aspect of Sanaβs business, working cross-functionally to ensure a high-performance culture. Lead and build a lean, high-performing People team, fostering career growth through coaching, 1:1s, feedback, and Q&A. Responsible for attracting top talent and expanding our employer brand. Build career pathways and leveling frameworks, ensuring employees have opportunities for growth and managers have support tools.
Champion our company performance philosophy. Manage and optimize people systems, processes, and policies, serving as the "center of excellence" for the employee lifecycle. Build and refine a transparent total compensation program,benchmarking and tailoring it to Sanaβs remote culture. Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators and support a company-wide shift toward AI-enabled ways of working. Create meaningful opportunities for connection, including organizing team gatherings and company retreats.
