- Monitor pipeline performance, forecasting, and goal attainment.

- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team through Senior Directors.
- Manage multiple senior leaders and geographically dispersed teams.
- Foster collaboration and build a unified market presence.
Business Development and Market Competitiveness:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large national employers.
- Ensure market competitiveness by evolving offerings.
- Drive growth, retention, and profitability.
