The Senior Product Operations Manager will be the analytical and operational engine behind how product outcomes are defined, measured, and understood at Tekmetric.
This role will work closely with product leadership to design and build the company's metrics program from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a multi-variable outcome model using statistical methods like regression and predictive modeling to validate metric definitions.
Deliver strategic insights and compelling narratives for executive reviews, board decks, and product planning cycles.
Develop dashboards, templates, and toolkits that empower PMs to self-serve insights and standardize reporting practices.

What You'll Bring:

5-8+ years in Product Operations, Analytics, or BI with a strong foundation in statistics and SQL.
Experience with analytics programs, modern BI tools like Looker, and fluency with AI tools to scale output.
A track record of translating complex data into actionable recommendations and driving cross-functional alignment.
