What You Will Do:
- Conduct interviews, research, and process observations to identify automation opportunities and create process maps.
- Develop and test automated workflows using no-code or low-code platforms, troubleshooting as needed.
- Serve as the voice of the user, provide support, and facilitate workshops and client presentations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Three or more years in consulting, legal operations, or process automation; four-year degree required.
