As a Product Partner Manager, you will work with partners in the restaurant technology ecosystem that are integrated into ChowNow via our APIs. You will manage a portfolio of our most strategic product partners to enhance the relationship and surface new opportunities to grow revenue. You will act as a key point of contact for our partners, establish a regular meeting cadence, and implement a best-in-class support model to help our partners succeed.
This crucial role drives business planning, executing of programs and initiatives and works cross-functionally to support sales forecasting and planning, partner enablement, marketing, reporting, pipeline management, quarterly business reviews, and product roadmaps. This high-visibility role will collaborate across many functions to support our partners and maximize the opportunity.
