Engineering Manager, Shipping & Logistics

Accountabilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop an autonomous, self-managing, high-performing software engineering team.
• Own the shipping and logistics domain end-to-end, including carrier integrations, rate shopping, and label generation.
• Champion AI adoption across the engineering team, making AI agents a default starting point for project planning and software development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing, product-focused software engineering teams.
• Recent hands-on experience as a software engineer with technical depth to guide architectural decisions.
• Based in the United States with strong understanding of Agile and software engineering fundamentals.
