Client Services Manager

Client Focus:

• Serves as primary client contact and trusted advisor, building strong relationships.
• Identifies client needs, manages inquiries, and ensures timely resolution.
• Develops and delivers client training programs.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Manages the execution of client payment policy decisions.
• Coordinates client meetings, documents action items, and maintains client documentation.
• Monitors program performance, identifies issues, and develops action plans.

Project Management:

• Manages internal and external aspects of client initiatives and projects.
• Provides client testing support to ensure success.
• Actively participates in department and corporate projects.
