Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity verification.
- Ask and assess Modern Slavery and vetting-related questions during candidate interviews.
- Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate assessments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UK recruitment, specifically in vetting checks and right-to-work verification.
- Strong understanding of UK compliance requirements, including Modern Slavery regulations.
- High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, and AI tools.
Work Environment:
- Work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote setup needed.
