Job Description

Responsible for building and optimizing the operational foundation that supports all revenue-generating activities across our fintech and payments partnership teams. This role ensures that the systems, processes, data, training programs, and tools used by go-to-market teams are aligned, efficient, and scalable. By driving and facilitating operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle—from lead generation and pipeline management to partner expansion and performance tracking—the Manager of Revenue Operations plays a critical role in enabling strategic growth, improving decision-making, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness. Designs, implements, manages and continuously improves sales processes to support both new fintech/payments partner acquisition and existing partner expansion. Manages the CRM (Salesforce) and related sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment on behalf of the sales team. Develops and maintain reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and key revenue metrics.
