Executive Client Relationships:
- Own executive-level client relationships and serve as the senior strategic partner across all activations.

- Provide oversight and guidance to Account Managers and account teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless internal alignment.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the account structure.
