Job Description

This role is focused on the APAC region, requiring in-depth knowledge of APAC benefits regulations and market practices. The role includes ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollments, coordinating with payroll teams, and serving as a key point of contact for HRBPs and customer service teams. You'll partner with benefits providers and brokers to evaluate plan offerings and manage benefits renewal projects. You'll also lead or support special projects, mentor benefits administrators, and continuously improve benefits-related processes.
