Intern will be responsible for:
-Managing content collection for key recurring Exec meetings.
-Defining and refining meeting agendas.
-Ensuring all participants are aligned on goals and deliverables.
Intern also will:
-Own the coordination, content curation, and rehearsal process for the company All Hands meetings.
-Support annual and quarterly goal tracking and reporting to the company and functional leadership.
-Drive standardization and structural improvements to Afresh’s internal data & resource repositories.
Intern will:
-Assist in conducting ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making.
-Gather, synthesize, and visualize data from various sources to create compelling presentations and reports.
-Support the definition and tracking of key organizational KPIs and OKRs.
