Job Description
As the Delivery Operations Assistant you will execute internal optimization projects.
- Facilitate scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination.
- Manage expense reports and executive event coordination.
- Support process improvements within the Delivery Organization.
You will support collection of project delivery data.
- Organize and manage data from client satisfaction interviews.
- Assist Delivery leaders in conducting portfolio analysis and management.
- Manage non-billable activities such as training and practice building.
