We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Partnerships Manager to lead our business development efforts into the Independent Broker-Dealer (IBD) channel across the United States. This individual will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships with IBD firms to drive distribution, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience selling financial products or platforms into the IBD channel and a strong understanding of how these firms evaluate and onboard new solutions. Key Responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and closing partnership opportunities with IBD firms, building and managing a robust pipeline of IBD targets, leading contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met. The partnerships manager will also track partnership performance and stay current on market trends.
