Principal Product Manager, Platform

About the role:

• Shape Maestro’s evolution into a composable, extensible, and agentic platform as a senior individual contributor.
• Own strategy and execution for critical platform capabilities, working closely with engineering, data, and GTM teams.
• Set direction, make investment trade-offs, and establish measurable adoption outcomes without direct authority.

What you will do:

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for major platform areas from discovery through launch.
• Define platform primitives, APIs, SDKs, and extension patterns for safe and rapid development.
• Engage enterprise customers as a trusted leader, guiding early adoption and turning use cases into durable capabilities.

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of product management experience with complex enterprise SaaS or platform products.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling or AI-enabled systems, including generative AI and agents.
• Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, and common platform services to understand engineering trade-offs.

Preferred Experience:

• Building enterprise agent platforms, AI developer tooling, or workflow automation.
• Working with semantic models, knowledge graphs, or master data for regulated customers.
• Operating across AWS, Azure, or GCP and supporting multi-cloud product requirements.
