What you’ll do:

  • Provide technical support to Vanta customers through various channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s product capabilities and integrations.
  • Own and resolve complex technical issues while partnering with Technical Support Specialists.

How to be successful:

  • 4+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS/Tech environment.
  • Experience supporting Premium Support customers.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
