Primary Function:
- Manage and direct the clinical field sales team for ION launches and utilization in the region.
- Build the regional ESR/ETA team through hiring, training, and development.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage ION program launches and expand procedure usage in existing accounts.
- Oversee training, education, and KOL development.
- Share new product information and implement strategies with training and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and proven ION sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management.
- Knowledge of OR/Endoscopy environment and medical capital equipment sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and salesforce leadership skills.
