Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop clinical sales team.
- Manage training and education process within installed base.
- Support KOL development across region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven track record in ION sales or 5+ years clinical sales management.
- In-depth knowledge of Operating Room/Endoscopy Environment.
