Senior Compensation Analyst (Temp)

Compensation Analysis and Administration:

• Manage market data and survey participation, including job matching and range maintenance.
• Support job pricing and benchmarking for new and evolving roles.
• Provide compensation analysis and guidance to Recruiting, People Partners, and business leaders.

Process Improvement and Systems:

• Identify and implement process improvements across compensation tools, resources, and workflows.
• Optimize use of Pave and related People systems to reduce manual processes.
• Contribute to broader Total Rewards projects including equity administration and benefits benchmarking.

Data Integrity and Reporting:

• Maintain compensation data integrity by auditing job and compensation data across People systems.
• Support equity data accuracy and administration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain compensation reporting using Google Sheets, Excel, and Pave.
