Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as signatory for President and Fellows of Harvard College for sponsored research documents.
  • Reviews and negotiates awards, agreements, DUAs, and NDAs for compliance and policy adherence.
  • Provides full award management support including prior approvals and re-negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years relevant experience, advanced knowledge of sponsored research regulations.
  • Advanced degree and certifications in research administration preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high diplomacy.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position with occasional on-site requirements at a Harvard location.
  • Standard hours: 35 hours per week; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Pre-employment screening and 90-day orientation required.
