- Design and manage comprehensive programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring scalability and a positive employee experience.
- Lead benefits integration projects, vendor management, and technology implementations to improve process efficiency and data reporting.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of benefits administration experience with expertise in U.S. self-funded and global programs, plus 5+ years of people leadership.
- Proven track record in benefits strategy within fast-growing technology companies and strong knowledge of compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
