Director of Commercial Insulation

The Director of Commercial Insulation will lead the development, execution, and growth of the commercial insulation division within our franchise system. This role is responsible for building and scaling a profitable commercial program that supports franchise owners in pursuing B2B opportunities, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, government, and institutional projects. The Director will serve as the subject matter expert in commercial insulation. This person will create commercial insulation training programs for franchise owners, sales teams, and project managers and provide ongoing coaching and support to franchisees pursuing commercial opportunities. This person will also build relationships with national and regional general contractors and developers to create system-wide commercial opportunities.
