Enhanced Event Ownership:
- Serve as project lead for Enhanced Events from research and contract review through execution and post-event follow-up.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents while overseeing sponsorship deliverables.
First Due Hosted Events:
- Provide direct support for planning and execution of the Companywide Offsite and Annual User Summit.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and internal communications with cross-functional stakeholders.
Vendor & Onsite Management:
- Coordinate with external partners on branding assets, booth design, and on-site activations.
- Travel to select events to manage booth setup, registration, and serve as the on-site point of contact.
