Job Description
As the Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients across the full post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding support, renewal, and expansion. This involves building deep relationships across customer organizations, understanding their business priorities, and aligning the platformβs value to their evolving needs. This role will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption milestones are met, and negotiate renewals and commercial terms. Leading strategic planning and forecasting includes developing account plans, delivering QBRs and Executive Business Reviews, and maintaining clean pipeline data.
