Job Responsibilities:

• Offer expert, personalized guidance to match client preferences and budgets, leveraging supplier relationships for exclusive deals.
• Manage all post-booking client communications, including inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring professional and timely resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for travel and helping others.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable using online booking platforms and learning new software.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not a mandatory requirement for the role.
