Job Description
Cribl is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Total Rewards to lead and scale our global compensation and benefits strategy. This is a pivotal role, responsible for maturing our rewards governance, partnering closely with our Compensation Committee, and driving key initiatives like EU Pay Transparency and Workday Advanced Compensation implementation. The right candidate will combine strategic clarity, operational excellence, and clear communication to support a complex, global workforce. In your first 6–12 months, you will lead Compensation Committee preparation and own EU Pay Transparency strategy. You will also lay groundwork to implement Workday Advanced Compensation and work with our Senior Benefit Manager to implement a new Benefit Broker and technology solutions to support Benefits Admin.
