Job Description
The Director of Operations will build and manage the company’s operating system, translate high-level vision into priorities, and ensure cross-functional execution. They will own the company scorecard, oversee reporting automation, and use data to drive forecasting and growth strategies. The role involves optimizing the lead → close pipeline, supporting customer success, and collaborating on financial management. Process and systems optimization, as well as overseeing high-impact projects like GrowthCon, are also key responsibilities.
