Onboarding Specialist I

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding projects from contract signature through successful activation.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day project coordinator for customers during onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding project plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing tasks.

Compensation and Culture:

• Starting cash compensation is $31.25 per hour plus 10% bonus of annual base compensation.
