About the Role:

You Will:

  • Conduct a "root to branch" review of current onboarding.
  • Manage, coach, and upskill a team of Onboarding Specialists.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs.

You Have:

  • Managed implementation or onboarding teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Led a team through a pivot or process overhaul.
  • A deep understanding of Customer Success philosophy.
