Key Responsibilities:
- Act as critical escalation point for internal helpdesk and backup remediation, ensuring data integrity and recovery.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Veeam backup solutions, and optimize backup policies for efficiency and security.
- Manage and troubleshoot RMM, MDM, and PSA platforms, and develop automation scripts and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an MSP environment.
- Expertise in Windows Server, Azure, PowerShell, and networking (Cisco, HPE, SonicWall, FortiGate).
- Strong understanding of backup infrastructure, Veeam, and MDM platforms like Addigy and Intune.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay rate starts at $13.00/hr, varying by experience and location.
