About the Role:
- Highly cross-functional and visible role partnering with founders and People leadership.
- Own turning cultural strategy into reality across a fast-growing, remote-first team.
What You'll Do:
- End-to-end ownership of internal events like Summer Synergy, team on-sites, and virtual happy hours.
- Run culture programs including tenure gifts, Value Awards, and manager culture training.
- Track engagement and collaborate across the business to keep experiences consistent.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional program manager with events experience in startup, agency, or hospitality.
- Culture-first instincts, strong stakeholder management, and high resilience with ambiguity.
- Willingness to both shape ideas and roll up sleeves on execution.
