Employee Experience & Internal Events Lead

Employee Experience:

• Design culture-defining experiences that strengthen connection and belonging across a remote workforce.
• Build the annual employee experience calendar and drive participation through creative campaigns.
• Measure program impact through participation and feedback, partnering with org effectiveness.

Signature Internal Events:

• Deliver best-in-class internal events end-to-end, from Leadership Kickoff to the Global Retreat.
• Own the full attendee journey and manage agencies and vendors across venues, production, and travel.
• Ensure every event reflects HighLevel's culture through programming, environment, and details.

Communications & Storytelling:

• Write clear, compelling communications that build excitement and drive participation.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff on company-wide messaging and channel strategy.
• Capture and share employee stories to bring HighLevel's culture to life.

Operational Excellence:

• Build repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks for every major program.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs, vendors, and events.
• Apply AI and automation to enhance planning, communications, and reporting.
