Role Summary:
- Critical member of the Client Success organization and senior-most technical resource within the implementation consulting track.
- Owns overall architecture of client event programs, ensuring scalability, innovation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders across multi-event portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic discovery, solution design, and complex integrations across enterprise systems.
- Mentor Solution Consultants and contribute to process, methodology, and thought leadership.
- Facilitate key client conversations, including post-conference reviews and milestone reporting.
