Commercial Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Track every request for quote from receipt through contract award, maintaining a complete log and escalation schedule.
• Serve as second reviewer on all quotes, verifying quantities, pricing, terms, and revision levels.
• Own change order tracking from request to approval, linking to parent projects and contracts.

Reporting and Forecasting:

• Produce regular reports on quote volume, turnaround time, aging, award rate, and value.
• Maintain forward view of expected revenue and provide cash flow visibility to Accounting.
• Flag data anomalies such as unusual aging or shifts in work types.

Cross-functional Coordination:

• Act as single point of contact for quote status from Sales, Project Management, and Accounting.
• Align with Commercial Cost Engineer for technical and commercial review consistency.
• Support transition from awarded quote to active project with accurate record handover.
