Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities services and financial management for a large leased portfolio across the Americas through outsourced vendors.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and monthly financial variance reports.
- Manage contract requirements, vendor performance, and lease administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience in facilities management or client services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CMMS/work management applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $174,600 to $218,100 plus bonus.
