Job Description
We are seeking a technically adept and client-focused Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of our medical record retrieval and analysis/review platform. This role will report to our Director of Medical Records and serve as a critical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather and translate requirements, configure and test platform features, and ensure successful solution delivery. This position requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for improving healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration plans. Configure platform components to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions. Work closely with engineering and product teams to communicate requirements and support development efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration or integration issues during implementation and post-deployment. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and technical decisions. Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for internal and external users. Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation timelines. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and solutions engineering.
