Job Description

Vidyard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team and help customers maximize the value of the Vidyard platform. Reporting to the Director, Account Management, you will serve as the primary point of contact for small to medium key accounts, establishing senior-level relationships and driving adoption. Responsibilities include assisting with Vidyard implementation for new customers, assessing account health, serving as a customer advocate, and sharing best practices for video content management. You will also work with the technical support team to address customer issues and create customer success initiatives such as newsletters, nurture emails, and surveys. As a Customer Success Manager, you will learn the Vidyard product thoroughly, work with customers ranging from startups to large industry players, and collaborate with various departments to solve complex customer needs.
