Senior Business Execution Strategist

Role Overview:

• Serve as connective tissue between vision and delivery, shaping priorities and building business cases.
• Drive clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes across Technology, Product, and Investment Management.
• Facilitate implementation of enterprise AI strategy and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional workstreams from concept through pilot and performance monitoring.
• Establish milestones, KPIs, decision points, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive-quality materials for internal and external engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial services, fintech, or technology strategy.
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams with strategic framing and stakeholder alignment.
