Global Data Center Capacity Manager

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers, and other infrastructure partners.
• Proactively identify available and upcoming data center capacity across target markets.
• Develop early intelligence on new developments, expansions, power availability, and market opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in the data center, cloud infrastructure, or digital infrastructure industry.
• An established network within the data center ecosystem, particularly among operators, developers, brokers, or infrastructure partners.
• Good understanding of wholesale and hyperscale colocation markets, critical power, rack density, cooling, and connectivity.

What Success Looks Like:

• When a new infrastructure requirement arises, we already know where suitable capacity is available, who controls it, and when it can be delivered.
• We move from reactive capacity sourcing towards a continuous global pipeline of infrastructure opportunities.
