Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a high-volume metrics driven call center environment.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Listen actively to sensitive information.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting a Call Center or Help Desk.
  • HDI Certification is highly preferred.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Public Trust level security clearance required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain clearance.
