Join Keep as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where your expertise in recruiting senior-level GTM and Business talent will be pivotal to our growth. You’ll own strategic hiring initiatives, partner closely with stakeholders, and help drive the evolution of our recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include driving recruitment strategy, stakeholder partnership, talent sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, funnel management, process improvement, project management, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Candidates should have strong experience recruiting for senior GTM and Business roles, be confident working with leadership, understand fintech and go-to-market strategies and be proactive and detail-oriented. This is a chance to play a significant role in shaping the leadership and future success of a fast-growing fintech startup, partner with executive leadership, and help redefine talent acquisition in a highly impactful environment.
