About the Role:
- The Accounting Manager will assume complete ownership of US and global financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and corporate compliance operations.
- Stationed in India, this professional bridges global execution gaps by supervising outsourced bookkeeping and streamlining transactional cycles.
- Serve as the primary readiness engine for external US CPAs, auditors, and insurance brokers.
What You'll Own:
- Own the end-to-end month-end close and consolidation process under US GAAP.
- Directly manage and review the India-based bookkeeping service for impeccable data hygiene.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cash collection.
Who You Are:
- Have 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth SaaS company or leading accounting firm.
- Possess strong knowledge of US GAAP, corporate compliance, and QuickBooks Online.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scale finance processes.
