Job Description
This role will focus on the lawn and garden industry expansion by developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to increase market share, collaborating with the marketing team to drive awareness campaigns, and designing effective customer programs.
This role will lead the implementation of our overarching e-commerce strategy, coordinating with teams to optimize product listings and tracking e-commerce KPIs to maximize ROI.
The candidate will be the primary internal coordinator, mobilizing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business development and e-commerce objectives, developing high-level business strategies, and driving the execution of approved business plans.
