Job Description

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize the Head of Risk’s email inbox, ensuring critical items are addressed and irrelevant items are cleared.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calls.
  • Support carrier appointment documentation and licensing communications with the team.

Advanced Support:

  • Help triage SLA breaches and communicate with other Risk team members.
  • Track tasks and follow-ups that may require the Head of Risk’s attention.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
