Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize the Head of Risk’s email inbox, ensuring critical items are addressed and irrelevant items are cleared.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calls.
- Support carrier appointment documentation and licensing communications with the team.
Advanced Support:
- Help triage SLA breaches and communicate with other Risk team members.
- Track tasks and follow-ups that may require the Head of Risk’s attention.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
